One source of operational truth

Growth gets easier when money, people, tasks, and sales stop telling different versions of the same story.

A small business rarely has a data shortage. It has a connection problem. Transactions sit in the bank, hours live in a timesheet, customer history lives in somebody’s inbox, and sales targets sit in a spreadsheet.

A useful operational system does not need to replace everything at once. It needs to connect the moments where context gets lost: who made the purchase, which job took the time, which task moves the sale, and what changed this week.

The goal is simple: give the team one dependable place to act, and give the owner one dependable view of the business.
